Table Booking Policy

To help us keep our doors open and serve as many of you as possible, we have a small favour to ask regarding your reservation:

The 15-Minute Grace Period: We can only hold your table for 15 minutes past your booking time. After that, we’ll need to give the table to waiting guests.

Keep in Touch: If you’re running late or can’t make it, please call or email us. We promise we won’t be angry! We just appreciate the heads-up.

As a small business with limited seating, "no-shows" hit us hard. Your booking is more than just a reservation to us—it’s the future of our restaurant. Thank you for supporting us and helping us ensure no table stays empty!

『15分ルールについて』 ご予約時間から15分を過ぎてもご来店がない場合は、次にお待ちのお客様にお席をお譲りさせていただきます。あらかじめご了承ください。

『遅れる場合やキャンセルの場合』 もし時間に遅れそうな時や、お越しいただけなくなった時は、お電話かメールでご一報いただけますと幸いです。事前に教えていただけることが何よりの助けになります。
